From the management of club operations to the design, development and building of countless master-planned communities and commercial properties, principals Rick Armalavage and Mark DiSabato have been involved in every step of the way in a wide variety of development projects.

Rick Armalavage
Since graduation from Indiana University in 1976, Rick has been providing real estate solutions for complex properties throughout Southwest Florida. After graduating, his career started with building houses and selling real estate.
David Lageman - CFO
With a background in finance and accounting, David started in the real estate development business in 1989. His responsibilities include working with financial partners and institutions to coordinate the flow of information.

Tammy Lewis began her career at Encore Development in 2010. Tammy works directly with Rick Armalavage and Mark DiSabato handling administrative functions.
ContactDante DiSabato - Director of Marketing
A 2008 Graduate of Miami University, Dante brings an energetic and progressive dynamic to Encore Developments Marketing efforts. Working with web technology, print and other mediums Dante's goals are to educate prospective clients regarding company principles, product, and services offered.
ContactPaul Barrett - Sales Coordinator
Paul has been actively participating in every phase of Southwest Florida Real Estate since 1982. He has extensive background in all aspects of customer sales and service from pre construction thru and beyond completion, specializing in resort communities. Paul is a past board director and officer for CBIA, SMC and the local Board of Realtors.
