Bonita Village

Bonita Village is a master planned resort community in the heart of Bonita Springs, Florida. This gated community will consist of 160 luxury condominiums at completion. Adjacent to the resort will be the Bonita Village Marketplace, a mixed-use commercial retail facility with 14 residential units.

Bonita Village appeals to active buyers seeking a convenient location and proximity to the beach. The project has two resort swimming pools, a two-story clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness training facility, social and game rooms, and a pool side cabana.

Bonita Village offers an optional rental program that provides owners the flexibility of enjoying use of their home and earning income to offset the costs of ownership. Eighty units are completed and 90% are occupied. We designed, permitted, marketed and developed the property.

Caicos at Naples Grande

Encore Development has been hired by the Drax Group to oversee development and management of this unique residential property. Encore Development is currently in the planning and development stages for this property. Located in the heart of Naples, Florida, this 50 acre parcel is adjacent to the critically acclaimed Naples Grande Golf Club.

Caicos will consist of approximately 250 residences. Although still in its design stages, the community is being developed as an active lifestyle resort project. There will be a variety of residential products surrounding the 30 acre lake.

One of the unique aspects of ownership at Caicos will be the membership in the Premier Club of Naples. This membership will allow access to two different beach clubs, a fitness facility, The Golden Door Spa, world class tennis center with Har-Tru courts and Naples Grande Golf Club.

Encore is responsible for designing, permitting, and development coordination of the property.

Sonoma Oaks

Encore Development has been hired by the Drax Group to oversee development and management of this unique residential property. Encore Development is in the planning and entitlement stages for this 38 acre parcel located in North Naples, Florida.

Encore is actively working with the planning and zoning team, engineers, and governmental and regulatory agencies to secure development rights for best use of the site. Located on one of Naples major north-south corridors, this property has a significant presence in a prominent location.

Encore is responsible for planning, permitting and design of this project.

Venetian Plaza

Located perfectly in north Naples, Florida, Venetian Plaza is an office condominium development consisting of six Class A office buildings. The signature building is anchored by Neighborhood America, a national technology company based in Naples.

With a mixture of high-tech companies, real estate and development, travel agency and a variety of medical offices, Venetian Plaza appeals to a wide range of tenants. The complex contains a mixture of one, two and three story buildings, all designed within a plaza setting. We designed, permitted, marketed, and developed the property.

Sunset Cove

Sunset Cove is an upscale, luxury resort located on Marco Island, Florida. Designed and built as fractional ownership, this private residence club became part of the Registry Collection.

Located in the activity district of Marco Island, this intimate boutique resort is within walking distance to entertainment, retail and fine dining.

There are 36 three-bedroom residences, all with a view of the Rio Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. The Facility has a beautiful resort pool with fitness facilities.

We were responsible for project design, permitting, and development coordination of the project.
