Mark began his career as a real estate agent while attending The Ohio State University. Upon graduation in 1978 Mark became a broker and worked the next 8 years in all aspects of sales, building and management of real estate.

For over two decades, Mark has been directly involved in the land acquisition, zoning, financing, development, and sales for approximately 15,000 multi-family dwellings which was comprised of apartments, town homes and empty nester four-plex condominiums in the Columbus, Ohio area.

Add to that Mark's direct involvement in over 100 recreational amenity centers, 150 model homes, 3 golf course developments, athletic club operations and property management portfolio of over 8,000 homes - and you get an even better picture of the undeniable superiority in experience Encore Development has amassed.

Premier Development Consultants, Inc. a company solely owned by Mark, was a consultant for Village Communities and Triangle Real Estate Services for 18 years - calling on his unique ability to combine a keen eye for sales and marketing with a performance based management and operating style. Since his move to Naples in Mid 2007, Mark has been pursuing development opportunities in the residential and commercial arenas. Mark is an active licensed real estate broker in both the state of Ohio and Florida.
